Upload-Point

This is a very simple to use php upload script with advanced password protection. It is designed to be as \"plug-n-play\" as possible. You do not have to do anything except upload the script, although there are a few options you can easily enable/disable with a browser-based options page. The script allows the uploading of any file and a listing of the files.
