Simple Support Desk

It is a simple support desk script which allows webmaster to create unlimited number of staff members to answer users support tickets. Your visitors will be able to create support tickets then a unique ticket ID and code will be sent to them via email. They will use those information to access ticket on your support desk to send a new reply or read previous messages. There is very smaller, faster and does what a standard support desk is supposed to do.
